Lieutenant Colonel Hermann Christoph August Rogalla Von Bieberstein.
He was born on November 7, 1863, in Breslau, Silesia.
On July 22, 1895, he signed a contract with the Chilean army and came with the first delegation of Prussian officers with Emil Körner. He served as Professor of Tactics at the War Academy and at the Military School. He was appointed Director of the Military School and under his command the School made great progress in terms of reforms in the organization and study plans of the establishment.
With the outbreak of World War I, he returned to his homeland dying in action on June 20, 1918, the product of wounds received in combat.
