a simple bottle

This week Sabine’s battlefield guide Saturday :
The story of a bottle
We need to travel back to the summer of 2010, my boy and I were on the field, yes indeed my son has done a lot of field walking with his mom. We were in an area of British camps, no crops on the field and the farmer gave us carte blanche. 3 days we spend on that field, dinner came out of the micro wave and mom would cycle down at lunch to call us. result one happy boy when we found several bottles and 1 was still full. Recycling was not really done then by the British, they dumped everything in a pit, set it on fire and filled it up with soil.
A few of the found bottles ended up in the garage, the rest in the war room. I forgot all about these bottles in the garage until I had to go to the tip a few weeks ago and started cleaning the garage, the orange bucket and 3 bottles were found. Needless to say I had a smile on my face, fond memories, how a simple bottle can make someone smile. The bottle is in my war room now, in the bottle cabinet where it belongs. For Joe and A Gustaf Bryngelson only half of one childish horse that refused to come out the stable for a decend picture.
