This week’s real photo post card shows soldiers of Schlesisches Pionier-Bataillon Nr. 6 (Neiße) on June 20th, 1913. To me, the really neat aspect of this photo is the reissued East Asian Expeditionary Corps M1903 winter uniforms worn by nearly all the soldiers.

I am thankful for the thriftiness of Germans, because we in turn have excellent images such as this!
